Maintaining the confidentiality of data is extremely important to our company and we want every person whose data we process to know that we apply appropriate data protection measures. Therefore, in connection with the implementation of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Council and Parliament of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection), the company has applied data security measures referred to in art. 5 sec. 1 subsec. f: GDPR. In order to implement the above-mentioned measures is to ensure proper protection of personal data processed by the Company as a data controller, concerning, i.a. customers, contractors and employees. The administrator of your personal data is Kaszpol with its registered office in Brzezinki Nowe 60, 26-706 Tczów (hereinafter referred to as Kaszpol). Kaszpol will transfer personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for Kaszpol (including Kaszpol, Kaszpol SC , Kaszpol AGRO). Your personal data is processed for the purpose of: (I) undertaking and implementing the contract for the provision of services concluded between you and Kaszpol, and (II) in order to conclude and perform a future contract between you and Kaszpol.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 subsec. B) GDPR. Providing data is not mandatory, but necessary to take appropriate steps prior to the conclusion of the contract and its implementation.

Kaszpol will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf and for the benefit of Kaszpol (including Kaszpol or another company owned by Kaszpol). Your data will be transferred to Kaszpol’s Customers (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), where the legitimate interest of Kaszpol is the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Customers (in the scope of: name, surname, business telephone number and business address, e-mail, PESEL number or ID card number). In addition, Kaszpol will share your personal data with other recipients, if such an obligation will result from legal provisions. We store the collected personal data in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), but they may also be transferred to a country outside this area and processed there.

Each operation of transmitting personal data is performed in accordance with applicable law. If data is transferred outside the EEA, Kaszpol uses Standard Contractual Clauses as security measures in relation to countries for which the European Commission has not found an adequate level of data protection. Your personal data related to the conclusion and implementation of the contract for the provision of transport services will be processed for the period of their implementation, as well as for a period not longer than provided for by law, including the provisions of the Civil Code and the Accounting Act, i.e. not longer than for 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which the last contract was performed. In addition, your personal data processed in order to conclude and perform future contracts will be processed until the objection is raised.

You have the right to: (I) access your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data subject to processing; (II) rectify your incorrect data; (III) requests to delete data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of the circumstances provided for in art. 17 GDPR; (IV) requests to limit data processing in the cases specified in art. 18 GDPR; (V) object to the processing of data in the cases specified in art. 21 GDPR; (VI) transferring the provided data, processed in an automated manner. If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw). Your personal data related to the performance of the contract concluded between your employer / customer and Kaszpol will be processed for the period of its implementation, and for a period not longer than provided for by law, including the provisions of the Civil Code and the Accounting Act, i.e. not longer than 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which the last contract or service was performed. In addition, your personal data processed in order to conclude and perform future contracts will be processed until the objection is raised. You have the right to: (I) access your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data subject to processing; (II) rectify your incorrect data; (III) requests to delete data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of the circumstances provided for in art. 17 GDPR; (IV) requests to limit data processing in the cases specified in art. 18 GDPR; (V) object to the processing of data in the cases specified in art. 21 GDPR; (VI) transferring the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
